Brash Higgins Amphora Project NDV 2018

Description and Tasting Notes

Nero is a native to the Island of  Sicily and is its most prominent red grape. Its ability to tolerate heat and sailne make it a grape of much interest for Australian vineyards.

Brash Higgins is a low intervention winemaker who captures the essence of McLaren Vales sun and sand.

This expersion of Nero is  medium bodied and  bright with an underlying mineral element. Aromas of black cherry, and french lavender follow through onto the palette. A lovely Australian Nero with great complexity.
