The technique of ripasso or go over again is to make the best wines referment on the skins of Valpolicella Amarone.  Compared with a Valpolicella Classico, it acquires structure, softness, strength, and perfumes, resulting in a beautiful wine, that is rich and intense.

Zenato have been in the surrounds of Valpolicella and Lugana since the 1960s where they grow grapes on some of the best sites of the area. This is a full-bodied lush wine with red cherries and spice
