A vibrant straw yellow colour with cloudy sediment as a result of being fermented on the skins and then having no fining or filtering. There are aromas of white grapefruit and pepper with a palette of beeswax and spice with an underlying savoury. Bold complex flavours showing an evolved Vermentino.
